and provide balance to an individual. This is a multi-dimensional system of health and well-being that focuses on the body-mind-soul and their functions, with multi-component practices, including physical postures and movement, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, mindfulness and meditation.
The practice of  Meditation  brings coolness in the brain,
it is like serving the whole body-mind-spirit complex.
In our courses we reach a double effect from meditation: not only it makes our life less stressful, but also helps actively dealing with daily tasks by increasing the concentration.
